If the image is uploaded to their root and linked from their site, the size wont cause pagespeed issues. One factor in SEO is readable content so i use tags to link to pages where i want to save speed sometimes. when i added your image it did nothing to slow the page down anyway, don't fret the size so much. ie: https://ninjacoder58.neocities.org/AdvertisementBoard.html
