This is a problem, my school blocked neocities. I might have to move to my own server running off of Linux on some crappy dell computer, just be prepared for my website to display a link to my new website soon.

Nearly lost all my website, thankfully I used melonking's "SAve MY nEOCiTy!" app to archive all my code before trying out a new layout.
